Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship domestically within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are packaged with collector-grade care and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

What is your standard shipping transit time?

Once handed over to the carrier, standard domestic transit takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original factory-sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund.

How long do payment refunds take to process?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a credit back to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the funds to clear and reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item was sent).

Are your items authentic?

Yes, 100%. We source our collectibles exclusively through authorized distributors and trusted manufacturing channels. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell.

Can I cancel or change an order after it’s placed?

Our fulfillment team moves quickly to get orders packed within our 1-to-3 day processing window. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@r-browncollectibles.shop. If the item has already been handed to the carrier, you will need to follow our standard 30-day return process.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great pride in our packaging, but if a carrier damages your parcel during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us right away. We will handle the claim with the carrier and coordinate a replacement or refund for you.
