Yes, 100%. We source our inventory exclusively from authorized distributors and verified manufacturing partners. We do not sell counterfeit or unverified items.

What condition are the items in?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description (such as vintage or pre-owned items), all items are brand new, factory-sealed, and in retail-ready condition.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?
Because we begin processing orders quickly to meet our fulfillment windows, please contact us immediately at support@r-browncollectibles.shop if you need to cancel or change an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

Where do you ship?
We ship domestically within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does it take to ship?

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days to securely pack and hand over your order to the carrier.

Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days for standard domestic delivery.

How are collectibles packaged?
We pack items with collector-grade care. We use heavy-duty boxes, bubble wrap, and proper packing material to minimize movement and ensure your items arrive safely and in great condition.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original factory packaging. Please note that breaking factory seals or opening blind items may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

How long do refunds take?
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds take 7 business days to process back to your original payment method.
