At R. Brown Collectibles, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent shopping experience. Because we specialize in limited-edition items, trading cards, and highly sought-after collectibles, the following terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

1. Product Availability & Stock Levels

  • Inventory Accuracy: We do our absolute best to ensure that stock levels displayed on our website are accurate in real-time. However, due to high demand or simultaneous checkouts, an item may occasionally sell out before the system updates.

  • Out of Stock Items: If an item you ordered is found to be out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately via email. You will have the option to wait for a restock (if available), swap the item, or receive an immediate full refund.

2. Order Limits & Quantities

To ensure a fair shopping experience for all hobbyists and collectors, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of certain high-demand, rare, or limited-allocation items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

If we detect multiple orders placed by the same customer using different accounts, credit cards, or addresses to bypass these limits, we reserve the right to cancel those orders at our sole discretion.

3. Order Processing & Verification

  • Fulfillment Window: Once an order is successfully placed, it enters our system and is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Security & Fraud Checks: To protect our customers, all orders go through a routine fraud and security screening during checkout. We reserve the right to put an order on hold or cancel it if payment information cannot be verified or flags security risks.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Because our team works quickly to pack and ship items securely, our order processing moves fast.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@r-browncollectibles.shop.

  • Once an order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carrier (within our standard 1 to 3 business day window), we cannot cancel or modify the order. You will need to follow our standard 30-day return process after the package arrives.
