Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at R. Brown Collectibles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Note for Collectors: Items that have been opened, had their factory seals broken, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a full refund due to the unique nature and value of collectible items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the credit to be processed and posted to your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
