Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

Transit Times & Shipping Rates

Once processed, your package is handed over to our shipping carriers.

Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic transit takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, seasonal peaks, or severe weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Packages

R. Brown Collectibles is committed to ensuring your items arrive safely. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
